The Poster Ciné film poster competition, now being held for the fourth time, once again celebrates Finnish poster art!
Competing for the 2026 Poster Ciné award are Juhopekka Tanskanen’s poster for The Last Misfits by the Golden River, Antti Uotila’s poster for The Helsinki Effect, Hermanni Suppanen’s poster for Summer Book, Mia Selin’s poster for Never Alone, and Herra Ylppö’s poster for Kronos Kairos.
This year’s jury consists of Carson Chang, Chief Curator of the Museum of Architecture and Design. The winner will be announced at Espoo Ciné’s Finnish Gala Film screening on Wednesday, 26 August 2026.
In addition to the jury winner selected by Carson Chang, an Audience Favourite poster will also be awarded at the screening. Public voting is now open. You can vote for your favourite among the five finalists using the form available via this link.
