Ticket Sales: During the festival, the ticket office is open from half an hour prior the first screening of the day until the beginning of the last screening of the day.

Entrance: The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open. At the entrance, there are thresholds that are more than 2 cm high. There is a movable ramp inside the doorway. If you need help, please call +358 50 3687931.

Parking: Accessible parking spaces are located on Virastopiha, approximately 50 metres from the entrance. There are kerbs along the way.

Auditorium: There are two wheelchair spaces in the backrow (row 12). The first three rows are also accessible and can be used as wheelchair spaces.

Audio induction loop: There is an audio induction loop: (rows 7–9, seats 6–14)

Toilets: The toilets are located on floor -1, which can be accessed with elevator. There is less than 800 mm of free space on both sides of the toilet for transferring.
