This year, Espoo Ciné screenings will take place at as many as 11 venues in Espoo, Helsinki, and, for the first time, in Vantaa.

Espoo


Kino Tapiola

The atmospheric Kino Tapiola is the home venue of Espoo Ciné. At Kino Tapiola, you’ll find the festival info desk, the official festival terrace, and the festival shop. Kino Tapiola is accessible. More information here.


Louhisali

WeeGee Exhibition Centre

Address: Ahertajantie 5, 02100 Espoo

WeeGee’s summer yard serves as the venue for Espoo Ciné’s traditional outdoor screening. The free screening of The Young Girls of Rochefort will take place on Saturday 30 August.



Museum Leikki

On Friday, 22 August, there will be a free screening of children's short films at the Museum Leikki. The venue is accessible. More information here.

Cinema Orion

Espoo Ciné screenings are also held in Helsinki at Cinema Orion, one of Finland’s oldest theaters. Cinema Orion is not accessible. More information here.


Gilda

Cinema Gilda is located in the heart of Helsinki. The cinema entrance and ticket office are on the ground floor. The screenings are held on the basement level, which is accessible by elevator. More information here.


Kino Konepaja

The Finnish Indie Evening on Friday 29 August will take place at Kino Konepaja, featuring an advance screening of The Art of Screaming, followed by the free Indie Club. Kino Konepaja is accessible. More information here.
