Working as a surgeon in Paris, Gabrille is dedicated to her work. As a head of the unit, her life is hectic and leaves little time for her private life: a mother with memory loss and a husband with whom romance has turned into settling fights. Gabrielle has built her life around control and discipline, but that balance begins to shake when a novelist, Frida comes to observe her work for a book project. Frida’s unscheduled and free-spirited lifestyle is like the opposite of Gabrielle’s everyday life filled with
work calls. Is Gabrielle able to let go of her carefully curated control even for a moment?

Léa Drucker stars convincingly as a reserved surgeon. Having premiered in Cannes, the film has gotten warm response from audiences as well as from critics.
