We aim to respond as soon as possible, and no later than <strong>within 2 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Purchased screening tickets and ticket bundles are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a screening is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a refund of the ticket price. Indirect costs, such as travel expenses, will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Late arrivals will not be admitted to sold-out screenings once the film has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers must keep their screening tickets and ticket bundle codes safe to prevent copying or misuse. Espoo Cin\u00e9 (Espoon elokuvatapahtumat ry) is not responsible for any loss or misuse of tickets caused by negligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contact details collected during online purchases will only be used to reach the customer in special cases related to screenings or tickets, such as cancellations, schedule changes, or delivery issues. In addition, contact details may be used to request festival feedback from customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the customer subscribes to the Espoo Cin\u00e9 newsletter during the ticket purchase process, their email address will be added to a separate mailing list for the newsletter.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Ticket Bundles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Spring 2025 ticket bundles and Holiday 2024 ticket bundles can be used for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Crip Cin\u00e9<\/em> screenings at Kino Tapiola on 12\u201313 April 2025, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espoo Cin\u00e9 screenings on 22\u201331 August 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: <em>The Crip Cin\u00e9 2025<\/em> 3-ticket bundles are valid only for <em>Crip Cin\u00e9 screenings <\/em>on 12\u201313 April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ticket bundles cannot be used for the <em>Espoo Cin\u00e9 Recommends<\/em> preview screenings held at Kino Tapiola.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n  <div class=\"ec-image\">\n    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https&#x3A;&#x2F;&#x2F;espoocine.fi&#x2F;wp-content&#x2F;uploads&#x2F;2025&#x2F;07&#x2F;ukkeli1-1024x439.png\" alt=\"\" \/>\n  <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":944,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-1225","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
