A tennis club’s young star player Julie is fully dedicated to the sport she loves and is on her way to a professional career and qualifiers of the Belgian Tennis Federation. Julie trains every day to the fullest and keeps her mind and thoughts firmly fixed on her goal. The movie is set to the tennis courts, gym, school and home, around which Julie’s life revolves. However, the shadow sides of the professional sports industry become visible when the head coach of the club is suspended due to serious accusations. The tennis club’s players are encouraged to speak up about their own experiences, but Julie decides to keep quiet. The debut feature of Belgian Leonardo Van Dijl is an absorbing scene of things left unsaid and it manages to underline the weight of silence excellently in all of its simplicity.
