Purchased screening tickets and screening cards will not be refunded. However, a screening ticket can be exchanged for another screening ticket of the same price 24 hours before the start time of the original screening. If you get sick, please contact email@example.com or call 0400 626 126 at the latest 24 hours before the screening has started. You can contact this number before the festival (8.–26.8.) on weekdays between 12–6 pm and during the festival (29.8–4.9.) between 10 am 8 pm daily.
If a screening gets cancelled, the customer has the right to a reimbursement of the ticket price. Indirect expenses, for example travel tickets, will not be reimbursed.
There is no late entrance for sold out screenings.
The customer needs to carefully store the screening tickets and screening card code in order to avoid misuse. Espoon elokuvajuhlat ry is not responsible for lost tickets nor ticket or screening card misuse resulting from negligence.
The customer contact details asked when buying a ticket online will be used (if necessary) to contact the customer concerning details about screenings or the ticket purchase. These occasions are for example: a cancelled screening, a change in the screening schedule or ticket delivery problems. The contact details can also be used to collect customer feedback from the festival.
If the customer signs up for the Espoo Ciné e-newsletter when buying a ticket, the customer’s email address will be added on a separate e-newsletter list.
