Terms of ticket purchase
Purchased screening tickets and ticket bundles will not be refunded.
If a screening gets cancelled, the customer has the right to a reimbursement of the ticket price. Indirect expenses, for example travel tickets, will not be reimbursed.
There is no late entrance for sold out screenings.
The customer needs to carefully store the screening tickets and screening card code in order to avoid misuse. Espoon elokuvajuhlat ry is not responsible for lost tickets nor ticket misuse resulting from negligence.
The customer contact details asked when buying a ticket online will be used (if necessary) to contact the customer concerning details about screenings or the ticket purchase. These occasions are for example: a cancelled screening, a change in the screening schedule or ticket delivery problems. The contact details can also be used to collect customer feedback from the festival.
If the customer signs up for the Espoo Ciné e-newsletter when buying a ticket, the customer’s email address will be added on a separate e-newsletter list.
