On the first Saturday of the festival and in the spirit of the film Blue Giant, the critically acclaimed Sun Trio, known for its intense and delicate soundscapes, will perform at Tapiolan Klubi! The group represents the new generation of jazz and consists of trumpeter Kalevi Louhivuori, drummer Olavi Louhivuori, and bassist Antti Lötjönen.

After the screening of the Finnish Gala Premiere Butterflies, jazz vocalist Anna Inginmaa will perform her favorite jazz standards with fresh arrangements. Inginmaa will be accompanied by the talented young pianist Arto Ikävalko.

Location

Tapiolan Klubi is located right next to the Tapiola metro station and the Ainoa shopping center, in the Tuultenristi building. The venue is on the ground floor, on the left side of the building when viewed from Sammonsilta Square (also known as Merituulentori).
